1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bloxstash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of Bloxstash after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Platform Purpose
Bloxstash is a listing platform for BloxStrike game skins. Our service allows users to create and browse trade advertisements specifying which in-game items they offer and which items they seek in return. Bloxstash does not facilitate, process, or guarantee any trades. All arrangements are made directly between users outside of our platform, typically via Discord.
3. No Real Money Transactions
Bloxstash is strictly an in-game item trade listing service. No real-world monetary transactions take place on or through our platform. Any exchange of real money, cryptocurrency, or other real-world value in connection with in-game items is done entirely at your own risk and outside of our service. We strongly discourage and are not responsible for any such transactions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bloxstash, in accordance with Roblox's minimum age requirement. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 18 should have parental consent before using the service.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Bloxstash to post false, misleading, or fraudulent trade listings. You must not harass, scam, or deceive other users. Spamming the platform with duplicate or low-quality listings is prohibited. Any abuse of the platform may result in the removal of your listings and suspension of your account. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bloxstash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any trade listing posted by users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bloxstash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or from trades arranged through listings found on our site. We are not a party to any trade between users and have no responsibility for the outcome of any trade you arrange with another user. You use this platform entirely at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Affiliations
Bloxstash is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation, the developers of BloxStrike, or Discord Inc. All game titles, item names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bloxstash at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, our platform, or third parties.
